I’m an editor and filmmaker specializing in character-driven documentary storytelling across arts, culture, and brand media. Over the past two decades, I’ve produced and edited films for organizations including The Criterion Collection, Sundance TV, Vice Media, Etsy, and Alaska Dispatch News.
Most recently, I was the in-house filmmaker at The Criterion Collection in New York City, where I create documentaries and editorial features about film culture and creative life across the country.
My work is drawn to artists, outsiders, and communities shaped by craft, place, and personal history, from throat-singing sisters in northern Canada to residents of a former textile mill town in Lancashire, England. Whether working on editorial or branded projects, I’m interested in stories that reveal something essential about how people live, work, and make meaning in their lives.
My work has appeared on The Criterion Channel, Sundance TV, The Atlantic, and The Paris Review, and have been recognized with a Northwest Regional Edward R. Murrow Award and four Northwest Regional Emmy nominations.
