This past weekend I finally saw the Broadway show Fela! and it was incredible. Above is a clip from one of my favorite music documentaries Ginger Baker in Africa (1973). Ginger documents Fela Kuti and his band jamming during their drive from Algeria to Nigeria through the Sahara. Look at those dancehall girls go!
