The two completely connected and what I heard was that after the two hour interview they went off to continue their conversation about politics, music and art for another two hours. My favorite part of this interview is Billy talking about how different the intention is between himself and The White Stripes.

Although this is the last episode for the Mark E. Smith series for Soft Focus UK the interview actually went on for another 45 minutes. VBS producer Jesse Pearson and VBS senior editor Bernardo Loyola really wanted me to include this last insane part of the interview in the edit but it was completely incoherent haha.. Mark E. was piss drunk, on speed and started telling stories about being on TV, how he’s an expert at accents and raving about soccer matches. Its amazing footage but very hard to understand… Watch for the VBS Soft Focus UK DVD in the future for these and other extras I am sure…
